Publication Charges

Publication charges fund peer review administration, copy-editing, indexing, DOI assignment, hosting, and preservation. We are committed to keeping fees affordable and offer waivers for authors who need them.

At a glance

Indian authors pay ₹2,000 total; international authors pay $100 total. Charges are due only on acceptance — never on submission. Open Access publication is included in every fee tier.

Fee Structure

All amounts are inclusive of taxes. There is a single, all-in fee per accepted article — no hidden charges, no per-page fee, no separate colour-figure surcharge.

Waiver & Discount Policy

We do not want fees to be a barrier to publishing rigorous research. The following waiver schemes are available — apply at the time of submission.

Low-Income Country Waiver

Authors from countries on the World Bank low-income list receive a 100% waiver on all charges. Apply via the submission form's "Waiver Request" field.

Need-Based Discount

Authors facing genuine financial hardship may apply for a 25–50% discount. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis by the editorial board.

Co-Authored Manuscripts

When co-authors are split across tiers, the highest-tier rate applies (e.g. one international and one Indian author pays the international rate).

Refund Policy

Charges are non-refundable once the article has been published. If publication is withdrawn at the author's request before going live, the publication fee (but not the processing fee) is refunded in full.
