I am Dr. Gaurav Sharma, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education. My academic specialization is in Life Skills, Well-being, and Stress Management. I am passionate about promoting holistic development among students and teachers. My teaching focuses on developing emotional resilience, positive thinking, and effective coping skills. I believe that education should nurture not only academic abilities but also mental, emotional, and social well-being.
