Anchal Sharma

Dr. Anchal Sharma is an academician, researcher, and educator currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Hospitality, Management & Sciences, Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, India. She holds an MBA degree and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in the field of Management Studies. Her academic and research interests include hospitality management, organizational behavior, human resource management, business administration, entrepreneurship, leadership studies, sustainable development, higher education, and interdisciplinary research. She has actively participated in academic seminars, conferences, workshops, and research-oriented activities focused on contemporary management and socio-economic issues.
